Educational Qualification – Dairy Technologist/ B.Tech (Dairy)/ Degree in Food science/Food Technology

Industry Experience – Minimum 4 years (Dairy)

Salary Range – 20 to 30K  PM ( Can be negotiated in case of extra ordinary candidate)




Job Description –

  • Proven technical experience in Food Manufacturing preferably within dairy product formulation, process development, and Quality Management.
  • Must be able to draw on personal experience and apply own judgment to reach firm decisions.
  • Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, ISO 22000, ISO 9000 quality and food safety management systems
  • Lead the quality agenda for the dairy business to ensure wholesome products that meet the regulatory requirements.
  • Sustain efficient quality management system, in compliance to FSSAI.
  • Monitor plant/processing/production process and provide and implement feed back in coordination with plant manager and production manager.
  • Accountable for approval of all product, raw materials, packaging and process sp
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales team and place quality complaint mechanism.
  • Responsible to arrange testing of milk & milk products as per the approved
    testing methodology and frequency.
  • Responsible to find out the root cause in case of market complaints.
