 Worked as a Relationship Manager / Sr. Sales Executive in a Mid-sized HFC
 Currently handling at least 5 to 10 DSAs, DSTs
Industry : Banking / NBFC in Housing Finance
Average CTC : 4 L
Role Deliverables :
 Identifying business opportunities by researching and analyzing sales options.
 Building relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and
recommending new opportunities.
 Recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
 Maintaining productivity and deliverables of business growth
 Creating a strong sales culture to drive acquisitions, profitability and employee development.
 Building new relationship with the builder community for new projects and expansion plans.
 Handling DSA channels.
