Role Objective Outbound calling and converting lead into sales
Customer logs on to the website and raises query for the
products, CRE to call customer and understand query and sell the
product accordingly
Explaining the customers product features and benefits
Ensuring all compliance and SLA of the call are adhered
Achieving daily, weekly, monthly, targets
Skills Required Excellent Communication Skills in English & Hindi

Convincing skill
Flexible with shifts
Computer literacy

Required Qualification /
Experience Full Time Graduate / Post Graduate

0 to 3 yrs. of relevant experience in BFSI industry(preferred)
Call-center experience in GI industry will be an added advantage

Age Criteria 21 – 30 Yrs
