Company is seeking a talented and dynamic PR & Event Manager to join our passionate marketing team. As the PR & Event Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing strategic public relations and event initiatives to enhance company brand image, strengthen our market presence, and foster positive relationships with stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in driving successful PR campaigns, managing events, and promoting company as a trusted authority in the e-commerce industry.
Develop and Implement PR Strategies:
– Create comprehensive PR strategies aligned with company business objectives.
– Cultivate media relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers.
– Proactively pitch stories and press releases to secure media coverage.
– Monitor media coverage and manage responses to maintain a positive brand image.
Plan and Execute Events :
– Conceptualize, plan, and execute various events, including webinars, workshops, and conferences.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event logistics and coordination.
– Promote events to relevant audiences, both online and offline.
Content Creation and Distribution:
– Develop engaging PR content, including press releases, articles, and blog posts.
– Manage content distribution across various platforms to reach target audiences.
Crisis Management :
– Anticipate potential PR issues and develop crisis management strategies.
– Respond effectively to mitigate any negative publicity or reputation risks.
Brand Advocacy :
– Identify and nurture relationships with brand advocates, industry experts, and thought leaders.
– Encourage and leverage customer testimonials and success stories.
– Track, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of PR and event campaigns. – Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Proven experience (X years) as a PR Manager or Event Manager in the technology or SAAS industry.
Demonstrated success in designing and executing PR campaigns that generated positive media coverage.
Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple events and PR initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with media contacts and key stakeholders.
Proficiency in using PR tools and analytics to measure campaign performance.
Knowledge of e-commerce and marketing automation will be a plus.
