Job Purpose
 Project designing, partner selection and ensuring effective implementation of projects
 Need assessment and impact monitoring
 Report creation- internal and external communication
 Drive employee volunteering across locations
 Site visits for effective monitoring and control

Business Responsibility Areas

Developing and designing projects as per the CSR objectives of APL
– Identify and on-board implementation partners
– Collaborating with NGO partners and other stakeholders for smooth implementation
of projects
– Ensuring requisite documents and clearances are available for individual projects
– Monitoring of projects to achieve objectives in accorded timelines and budgets
– Supervising on ground interventions by site visits and interactions
– Assessing impact and reporting on projects as per CSR and internal requirements
– Drive employee volunteering activities across APL
– Handle content development for internal and external CSR communication
– Creating a pipeline of projects with budgets and requirements
– Carry out any other activities that may be assigned from time to time

Previous Experience Desired
 Prior experience of 2 or 3 years in Social Work

Functional Competencies
 Good written and verbal communication and good networking skills
 Knowledge of basic reporting structure
 Experience in driving monitoring and evaluation of projects
