Overview

We are seeking a talented and strategic Product Marketer to join our team . As a
Product Marketer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the positioning and messaging of our
product offerings. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive
marketing strategies to drive product awareness, demand generation, and customer adoption.

Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for new and existing product offerings,
collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and
Marketing.
● Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand customer needs,
market trends, and positioning opportunities, and translate insights into compelling value
propositions.
● Create clear and impactful product messaging, positioning, and marketing collateral to
effectively communicate the value and differentiation of Company ‘s products to target
audiences.
● Collaborate with the Product team to identify and prioritize key product features and
enhancements based on market demands and customer feedback.
● Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including
digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, webinars, events, and social
media, to generate product awareness and drive demand.
● Develop and manage product launch plans, including coordinating internal teams,
creating launch materials, and executing marketing activities to ensure successful
product releases.
● Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Aitrillion’s target market, customer
personas, and industry trends to identify market opportunities and tailor marketing
strategies and tactics accordingly.
● Conduct customer interviews and gather feedback to understand customer pain points,
use cases, and success stories, and leverage them to create compelling customer
stories and case studies.
● Collaborate with the Sales team to develop sales enablement materials, including sales
presentations, battle cards, product demos, and training programs, to support the sales
process and drive revenue growth.
● Track and analyze key marketing metrics and performance indicators to evaluate the
effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives and provide actionable insights for
continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s
degree is a plus.
● Proven experience (minimum 4-6 years) in product marketing or related roles, preferably
within the SAAS industry or e-commerce sector.
● Strong understanding of product marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with a track
record of successfully developing and executing go-to-market plans.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling
product messaging, marketing collateral, and customer stories.
● Demonstrated ability to distill complex concepts into clear and concise messaging that
resonates with target audiences.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret market research, customer
insights, and performance data to inform marketing strategies and decision-making
