Job Title – Sales Engineer
Department – Sales & Marketing
Qualification – BSC / BE / MBA
Experience – 4 yrs ~ 7 yrs
Location – Indore.
Salary Range – 3 Lacs CTC per annum + sales incentive
Skill Required:
• Strong understanding of project sales, experience of handling products including
air conditioning, air handling or air distribution products.
• Confident presentation skills, tact to handle techno commercial matters in
convincing manner.
• Proficient in computer – Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook,
Presentation, Word, Excel, etc).
• Should posses good written & verbal communication skills in Hindi and
English language.
• Willingness to travel very frequently on short notice as per customer demands.
• Strong capability in building relationships with unknown persons with strong marketing
and sales skills inbuilt in the DNA.
Job Duties:
• Handle sales & marketing of commercial & industrial evaporative coolers
business, Prefab Metal Ducts, ABS air terminal devices and Medical grade Air
Purifiers for Central.
• Manage existing channel partners by visiting them individually, generating leads,
visiting clients & assisting in closing the job orders.
• Develop new business by identifying new dealers and resellers.
• Increase sales and create market branding by handling influencers including
architects, consultants and key customers.
• Deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to prospective

clients, consultants, dealers.
• Participate in various exhibitions and follow up leads aggressively to increase
sales.
• Visit project site, coordinate with design team and senior officers to prepare
drawings, cost estimates, submit offers, do follow up, meetings with client,
architects, consultants, contractor as required to win order.
• Prepare monthly MIS and participate in monthly sales meeting to review targets.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of product solutions according to
customer needs and objectives by coordinating with internal team and
address any issues.
• Respond promptly and effectively to all incoming inquiries / grievances,
and be prompt in response by Whatsapp, telephone, and email.
• Travel frequently on short notice as and when required to assigned territories to
increase sales & keep watch on competitor movement and submit inputs to
internal team.
• Develop and mentor dealer team and assist them to increase sales.
