Role DetailsMinimum of 8 to 12+ years of automotive manufacturing experience orrelevant IT implementation experience as Support Person /domain/business consultantwith Automotive Manufacturing.

Location Preferably in India (Pune/Bangalore) but open to other locations across India.

Ready to travel abroad to customer location in Ireland(On need basis)

Domain skill requirement SMO/Process consulting, ITIL Framework, SIAM, Manufacturing Domain etc.

Job Description:

  • Lead proposal responses to clients through solution definition and estimations
  • Process optimization Understand challenges in the existing AS-IS processes/Gap analysis and recommend improvements.
  • Extensive hand-on experience with process design and modelling, requirement gathering and analysis.
  • Experience in research and application of industry best practices Like ITIL Framework
  • Oversee effort estimation for new projects and Client management skills
  • Establish and deliver metrics and KPIs to govern projects and identify areas of improvement
  • Act as an escalation point for client and internal stakeholders
  • Estimate timelines for the requirements phase of the project and ensure that the requirements are scheduled in manageable components
  • Facilitate and audit processes.
  • Provide trainings/orientations.
  • Setup weekly Governance call with client and relevant stakeholder on progress of process improvements/Continuous service improvement activities
  • Work with clients and provide leadership/process consulting on IT Service Management best practices for all ITIL modules like Incident, problem, change, release, event, Risk management, Software asset and Configuration management…etc
  • Familiar with Software Asset Management Pro (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
  • Conduct gap analysis and assessments to identify the delta between ServiceNow and Client ITSM and ITAM processes
  • Will be responsible for service delivery excellence.
  • Designing processes and modelling using industry best practices like ITIL framework/Agile/Lean
  • Experience working with, or an interest in Agile Methodologies
  • Exposure in working in a large, complex technology initiatives of strategic importance to the organization involving cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills with the ability to work in a consulting environment is critical
  • Understanding business objectives of own department by following and guiding the use of best practices and procedures of Organization
  • Being responsive to customer’s requests, engaging in listening and aligning expectations within project framework.
  • Must have excellent facilitation and presentation skills. Ability to deal with ambiguity and diverse perspectives while maintaining delivery focus is critical.
  • Certification in one of ITIL expert, Six Sigma,lean
  • Mandatory skills:
  1. Experience in Process documentation, AS IS process mapping and process optimization.
  1. ITIL Expert certification/ITIL Intermediate Certification
  2. Excellent communication and organization skills, Business Analysis and Presentation Skills
  3. Proven track record in Process consulting and General SIAM (Service Integration and Management)Functions.
  4. Multitasking and taking leads in initiatives for process improvement.
  5. Experience in Process documentation, AS IS process mapping and process optimization.

7.Good knowledge of statistical techniques and metrics is required including experience in high maturity practices implementation.

  1. Knowledge and work experience in other frameworks like Agile, Lean Six Sigma, Project management, IT services management, Design Thinking etc will be an added advantage.
  2. Multiple client consulting experience preferred.
  3. Auditing / project facilitation / SQA skills.
  4. Excellent training and presentation skills.
  5. Conversant with Spoken and Written English and global exposure to a multi-cultural organization structure

Good to have skills:

  1. Technical understanding on how infrastructure has been set up
  2. Any relevant certification will be an added advantage – Service now, ITIL Foundation/Intermediate/Expert
  3. Technical knowledge on Infra, networking, storage, cloud, database

Educational Qualifications:

  • E./B. Tech – Computer Science, Information technology, Mechanical, Electronicsetc. or any other equivalent degree
  • PGDM/MBA – IT, Systems, Operationsetc. (Good to have)
