Key Responsibilities:
Preparing Minutes of Board Meeting and General Meeting of all the Group Companies;
Complying with the Companies Act for all the Group Companies;
Complying with FEMA and FDI Rules;
Review, Drafting and Vetting of various types of Agreements;
Advising on various legal aspects affecting the company;
Liasioning with the Consultants for various compliances under Labour Laws, Factories Act, etc.;
Filing of RCMC and other Returns on a monthly/quarterly/half-yearly/yearly basis;
Arranging the licensing, certificates required for opening factories in different locations;
