Application support and maintenance Tools -Knowledge of tools like tools like Remedy, Zendesk etc. Must Have
Defect tracking tools-Knowledge of tools like TFS, QC, JIRA, Bugzilla etc. Should have
C# .NET-.NET Framework Basics (Assembly, CLR, CLS, CTS, Garbage Collection) Should have
SQL Server-RDBMS, Tables, Views, Stored Procedures, Indexes, JOINS, Transaction Management etc. Must Have
XML related technologies-XML Schema, XSD, accessing XML by using C#.NET Should have
WCF, WebServices, Web technologies-SOA Architecture. Web Services basics and usage. How it works ? Should have
CMS or SharePoint-Content Types, Metadata, List, Library, Versioning, Publishing Site, Team Site, Site, Site Collection etc. Must Have
