Job Description

  • Performing all job related functions, including handling complex schedule demands/meetings and collaborating with the CEO and other Global Leaders’ aides.
  • Planning and organizing team and leadership meetings
  • Assist the managers with agenda setting, meeting minutes, and action tracking for numerous significant meetings, including the India Senior Management Group (SMG) meeting and other meetings.
  • Provide administrative support for the office, such as inbound and outbound mail management, facility maintenance, and office services.
  • Make a to-do list and follow up.
  • Vendor selection and contract management Prepare letters, presentations, calendars, and reports as needed.
  • Excellent time management abilities Work closely with the chief executive to meet the needs of the company.
  • Examine and summaries a variety of reports and materials.
  • Serving as a liaison between the manager and others.
  • Organize and manage many projects at the same time Ability to learn new things and willingness to do so
  • Perform a variety of tasks in support of confidential programmes, projects, and regional efforts.
  • Continually collaborate with the CEO
  • Contributing to the company’s success by bringing relevant expertise to the table
  • Attend key meetings in order to track and help drive completion of key deliverables, and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Work independently and within a team on non-recurring and ongoing projects from time to time, which may include planning and coordinating presentations and disseminating information.
  • Manage all types of daily correspondence to ensure professional, accurate, and timely responses and appropriate prioritization.
  • Manage communications on behalf of the CEO, as appropriate.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as necessary.
