·         Worked as aBranch Manageror equivalent role in a mid-sized HFC

Industry : Banking / NBFC in Housing Finance
 

Average CTC :7 L

 

Role Deliverables :

 

·         Responsible for smooth functioning of the branch, accountable for sales, business development, credit, legal / technical, operations and collections functions within the assigned branch

·         Team handling and employee management in branch

·         Monitoring the branch and team activities that drive team to generate fresh leads from open markets

·         Managing the P&L of the branch

·         Discussing daily market updates with the team

·         Hiring and training the team for monthly productivity

·         Manage and achieve branch profitability and targets
