Previous Role  :

 

·         Worked as a Relationship Manager / Sr. Sales Executive in a Mid-sized HFC

·         Currently handling at least 5 to 10 DSAs, DSTs

Industry:Banking / NBFC in Housing Finance
 

Average CTC : 4 L

 

Role Deliverables:

 

·         Identifying business opportunities by researching and analyzing sales options.

·         Building relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance,researching and recommending new opportunities.

·         Recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.

·         Maintaining productivity and deliverables of business growth

·         Creating a strong sales culture to drive acquisitions, profitability and employee development.

·         Building new relationship with the builder community for new projects and expansion plans.

·         Handling DSA channels.
