Business Development Executive (IT Sales)

Job description
We’re looking for a results-driven IT Sales Executive to actively seek new business
opportunities, engage and build relationships with potential customers. You will provide
complete and appropriate solutions for every potential customer to boost top-line revenue
growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
Responsibilities
● The key role will be to bring business by Lead generation & qualification.
● Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
● Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships.
● Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead
generation activities.
● Achieving weekly/monthly KPIs and targets by identifying and developing new customers
● Identify prospect’s needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
● Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential
within existing and new customers to maximize sales opportunities.
● Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
● Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects.
● Report to the Sales Manager on sales results.
Requirements
● Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account
Executive or similar role with Saas / IT Product company is a must.
● The candidate must have top-notch communication skills to talk to our global clients.
● Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold
emailing and social outreach.
● Experience working with CRM tools.
● You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills
● You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
