Relevant Work Experience : 2 years                                                    Total Experience : 4 years

 

Previous Role :

·         Worked as a Relationship Manager / Sales Manager in HFC.

·         Currently handling at least 20-25 DSAs including corporate DSA.

 

Industry : Banking / NBFC in Housing Finance

 

Average CTC :4 L based on experience plus Sales Incentives.

Role Deliverables :

·         Handling DSA channels independently.

·         Identifying business opportunities by researching and analyzing sales options.

·         Building relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities.

·         Recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of Channel Partner including corporate channel partners.

·         Maintaining productivity and deliverables of business growth

·         Creating a strong sales culture to drive acquisitions, profitability and business development.

·         Building new relationship with the builder community for new projects and expansion plans.

Reporting: He will be directly reporting to Branch Manager, with dotted reporting to Head Office.
