Job Duties
  • Primary responsibility is to work and complete the assigned tasks end to end, manage customer expectations and provide quick & accurate resolution within the specified TAT.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and adjust quickly in short timeframe with limited supervision
  • Tremendous patience and problem solving skills
Eligibility Criteria
  • Should be flexible to work in shifts and rotational Offs.
  • 7 Days operational window, with 6 Day Work Week and rotational shifts.
  • Strictly no leaves during training
  • Good Typing skills 30 WPM with 85 Accuracy.
  • Gender Mix 60 Male: 40% Female (Considering rotational shifts)
  • Age: Preferably Less than 28 Years.
Selection Process
  • First Level of HR discussion. (JD and Expectation Setting)
  • Second level of HR discussion. (Face to Face Discussion): – To check smooth flow of language, well-structured speech relating to information and points of view clearly. Clear pronunciation and intonation
  • Operations Round followed by Client Round.
Training
  • Candidates are expected not to take any leaves during training, OJT and nesting period to ensure smooth learning curve (no planned leave requests during probation.
