Overview

Job Purpose
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with
the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and understand business & HR priorities
and driving HR initiatives to enhance the efficiency of HR at an overall organization level.
Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
1. Partnering with businesses:
❖ Manage the overall HR lifecycle of the allocated business.
❖ Consistently recruiting excellent staff and maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
❖ Manage key HR processes in terms of process adherence & timelines – on-boarding IJP release
auto-promotion release RNR & performance management
❖ Achieve the department ESAT score through innovative people initiatives / engagement
frameworks.
❖ Engage with business heads to understand business requirements and identify key agenda items
to be addressed with a monthly/ quarterly focus (such as attrition management on-the ground
engagement any central initiatives to be driven etc.)
❖ Draw insights from employee feedback; share with business heads to help better understand
employee concerns and identify areas of improvement and provide solutions
❖ Develop and execute initiatives to address both business and HR priorities for the month/
quarter/year
2. Review with business & own function:
❖ Participate in the HR & Business meetings, discuss challenges faced by the business and share
updates on actionable taken
❖ Discuss/ exchange ideas and best practices on people challenges; Observe and be prepared to
recognize and react to early warning signals
❖ Present updates on initiatives and action points such as attrition changes in business conditions
impact on business teams transition plans etc. in monthly review with upper management
❖ Prepare monthly HR dashboards & presentations for monthly HR – Business reviews.
❖ Act as a single point of contact for internal stake holders for HR related queries.
Required Qualifications and Experience
❖ Educational Qualifications: Post-graduation (MBA – HR or other)
❖ Work Experience: Minimum 2-4 years in HR domain
❖ Sound understanding of business context
❖ Skills & knowledge: Excellent Verbal and Written English Communication
❖ Broad knowledge of HR Process & talent management
❖ Strong knowledge of Hiring & recruitment
❖ HR Planning
❖ Domain knowledge of eCommerce and digital marketing sector.
❖ Multi-tasking & adaptive. (Ready to work in a challenging & multitasking environment)
❖ Solution finder to people / business issues.
