 Maintaining employees personal files and records, communicating HR policies & across the organization at all levels.
  Designed Policies and Various HR Forms and Induction Program.
 Preparing PF and ESIC challan, tracking attendance, maintaining leave record
 Security: Responsible for controlling all types of security activities.
 Canteen: Responsible for maintaining the rules and regulations in the canteen in which all the employees get healthy food in a fresh atmosphere.
Housekeeping: General Cleaning Of The Premises Keep It Maintained.
First Aid Control: Procurement Required medicines &other first aid essentialities from Purchase dept.& providing those essentialities to the concerned departments, maintenance of First Aid Register.
  Health & Safety(Drinking Water/Lightning/Fire Safety Etc)
Employee Engagement
 Effective Managing Welfare Measures, management-employee get together, picnics parties.
  Developing employee engagement programs like Initiated and administered a welcome-mail policy to all new joiners, Initiated Regular Birthday mailers & celebration like Diwali, Ganpati Festival and other company events.
