Job Responsibilities: ▪ Goal setting in conjunction with HODs & Business Strategies, KRA, KPIs and implementing PMS cycle.
▪ Competency Mapping and identifying Gaps and suitably linking with Training Needs.
▪ Having worked on Performance Improvement Plan in close coordination with HODs.
▪ Preparation of work plan and proper follow-ups.
▪ HR Processes like Talent acquisition; Succession Planning; Talent Management and leveraging morale of employees.
● M.S.W/ M.B.A in HR specialisation
● minimum 5 years’ experience
● Knowledge about Performance management system, process and automation.
