PROGRAM MANAGER

Qualification :-   B.E. / B.TECH (Any stream) or Any Graduate with MBA/PGDBM or equivalent

Experience :- Minimum 14 years of in program management of IT projects with at least 10 years’ experience in managing complete life cycle of turnkey IT / e-Governance projects

Hands-on experience :-  of working on Advanced Excel & MS Office Suite is a must

Experience in Procurement processes :-   Experience of working with a Government set up

 Experience in working on DPR, RFP & concept notes / strategy road map documents

 Familiarity with Agile methodology or CMMI process.

 Knowledge of Emerging Technologies such as AI / ML / Cloud / Data Analytics etc.

 Experience of preparing POCs / pilot project in Emerging Technologies would be a plus

Certifications :-  Industry certifications such as PMP, Prince2 etc

Skills :-  Undertake Department’s IT Roadmap and support in Strategic Planning Develop and establish suitable program monitoring framework for the department Monitoring & controlling the projects running in the department and highlighting any issues/ slippages to higher authorities and concerned stakeholders. Support the implementation of various Projects in the department and provide inputs for effective output. Assist in preparing project management frameworks and templates. Assist to the department in developing DPR, RFP, LOL, contracts, Purchase Orders etc as and when required. Assist in procurement of required material/services for various e – Governance projects and conduct vendor evaluation & bid process management. Should be able to analyze the change request and do the impact analysis of the same. Identify the critical success factors for implementation of e-Governance projects in the State. Provide assistance and expertise for e -Governance related training. Support the department in the rolling out awareness program and ensure proper communication Any other project related work assigned by department/ MPSEDC Nodal Authority.
