Designation: Marketing Manager

Relevant Experience:
5-7 years of professional marketing experience.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing field OR Related Field.

Job Purpose: Retail marketing manager a team of marketing specialists. As their present ideas for new
marketing campaigns, the retail marketing manager evaluates them and determines their validity based on
budgeting concerns and potential for success.
Responsibilities:
A Senior Marketing Manager has many duties and responsibilities. Although specific positions will dictate a
Senior Marketing Manager’s undertakings, there are several primary responsibilities common to this
occupation. Identified the following main tasks and responsibilities.
 Conduct Market Research
 Implement Marketing Strategies
 Conduct Performance Analysis
 Lead Generation & Sales Enablement
 Project management
 Market Research and Competitive Intelligence
Requisite Skills:

 Solid Knowledge of website , analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Post on Facebook, Instagram,
You-tube, Twitter)
 Creative and innovative thinker.
 Knowledge of market research practices and techniques.
 Knowledgeable on principles, practices and techniques of marketing strategies.
 Experience analyzing data.
 Proficient computer skills.
 Budget and cost analysis experience.
 Knowledge of social media platforms.
 Project management experience.

Desired Skills:
Experience working closely with a sales organization with a strong affinity for sales team success.
 Experienced with similar CRM, web conferencing, MS Project expert with Microsoft Word,
PowerPoint, and Excel.
