Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and initiating the sales process for our innovative SAAS platform in the US market. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers, understand their business needs, and effectively communicate the value of solutions.


  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Qualify leads through strategic questioning, active listening, and thorough research to determine their fit for AiTrillion’s SAAS platform.
  • Educate potential customers about the features, benefits, and unique selling points of AiTrillion’s solutions, positioning it as the ideal solution for their business needs.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects to ensure ongoing engagement and progression through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team, providing them with well-qualified leads and supporting them in closing deals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to effectively position AiTrillion in the US market.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversion.


  • Previous experience as an SDR or in a similar sales role, preferably in the SAAS industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sales prospecting techniques and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with prospects.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets, with a strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
