Position Title : Sales Engineer

BE( Mechanical/Automobile) / Diploma
2+year into construction equipment
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
1) Ensuring that the sales target given is accomplished
2) Planning and meeting customers on regular basis for retention & new customer development
3) Increasing market share as per target.
4) Executes marketing plan as discussed with Reporting head
5) Active in market to enable gather data on competitor
6) Deals with customer ensuring the necessity of proper documentation collection and DO with
100% payments on time.
7) The delivery of new machine to the customer is as per Volvo guidelines
8) Follows the marketing plan that has been suggested to him by the sales manager
9) Informs sales manager about any sales loss or possible cases may be.
10) Ensure 100% territory coverage allotted to him.
Responsibilities / Accountabilities
1) Monthly Submissions of Machine sale prospects.
2) Monthly Submissions of Machine sale closure.
3) Monthly Submissions of market coverage report.
4) Submission of action plans for next quarter/month
