Overview

KEY RESPONSBILITIES
 Responsible for sales of Butter & Fats in domestic & international market.
 Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
 Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social
media
 Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
 Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
 Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
 Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
 Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
 Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
 Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
 Achieving stretched targets in a result-focused environment
 Preparing pre-sales proposals for prospective clients
 Delivering inspiring sales presentations to convert prospects to successful sales
 Handling objections and resolving member/ customer conflicts by constantly
connecting with them through member meetings
 Identifying potential customers and new business opportunities
 Building and maintaining strong client relationship and high level of customer service
 Being updated on new products and services
 Timely Action on Inquiry / business opportunity
 Review weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals and daily business reports.
 Promoted and served to customers' needs and concerns, to provide quality experience.
 Approached customers through events to introduce them to new products.

 Developed strong customer service skills while also keeping an eye on trends, brand
presence, and branding technique
 Organize customer files, developed spreadsheets, made calendars with day to day to
do list, and provide sales reports to managers
 Timely coordination with sales team regarding the stock status
 Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and
deliveries are handled efficiently

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
 Any Graduate
RELEVANT AND TOTAL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
 3 years to 5 years in FMCG industry.
 Experience in B2B Sales
