Overview
Job Purpose: The Sales Officer will be responsible to serve Dealers and Retailers for our Products Range; he will be
responsible to achieve the desired primary and secondary sales targets for the organisation.
Responsibilities: The Sales Officer will be responsible for meeting and appointing the dealer, distributors,
retailers and visit interior decorators and architects.
Visiting in the new markets, lead generation by cold calling and converting them into new
customers.
Coordination with the operations department for dispatches.
Achieving desired individual and sales targets.
Projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products.
Responsible for making daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
Managing and implementing the marketing activities.
Following up on the outstanding payment and timely recovery.
Requisite Skills: Excellent client-interfacing skills.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
MS office proficiency.
Ability to comprehend and analyze relevant industries for industry insights and trends.
Desired Skills: Ability to work as a team.
Ability to perform under pressure.
Being performance-driven and focused on results.
Education: Graduate in any discipline. PG/MBA in Marketing preferred.

Experience:
A minimum of 2 yrs. in Sales ; preferably in Plywood/Furniture/Hardware &
Tools/Adhesive/Paints/Building Products.
CTC per annum: Rs. 1,18,000 – Rs. 3,00,000 Total Experience: Up to 10 years
Will travel? Yes (as and when required) Monthly Net Salary: Rs. 15,000-25,000
