Roles and Responsibilities

·         Understand the complete business process for the solutions.

·         Understand functional part as needed

·         Liaise with business users to understand the requirements and deliver to the requirement by self-developing, coordinating with the other technical team.

·         Carryout necessary testing and coordinate with business for the UAT signoff and then manage the release/deployment of the fix.

·         Delivering Impact assessment/solutions for change requests raised by business users.

·         Responsible SLA management towards the service delivery

·         Ability to work cooperatively in a group environment to achieve common goals; ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.

·         Ability to understand business requirements and business processes from functional perspective

·         Carry out tests, execute test scripts which may involve functional transactions or business processes

·         Experience in Retail would be an added advantage
