Job Location- Indore

Job Description-

  1. Develop/revise policies for staff/employees and communicate them with employees.
  2. Recruitment/Selection/induction & orientation of new employees.
  3. Grievance handling, counselling of existing employees.
  4. Sessions Planning for Training & Development of personnel (Training Calendar, Training record, etc.)
  5. Monitor, measure and report on HR issues.
  6. Built an effective communication with employees, employees’ engagement, IR activities.
  7. Registrations, Renewals, Amendments, Certificates and other legal compliances.
  8. Payroll Processing.
  9. Legal records maintaining/monitoring.
  10. Cultural activities, other programs planning& implementation.
  11. Other administrative work monitoring.
  12. Direct training of employees on different levels- Shift In-charge, Chemists, Supervisors, Contract employees etc.
  13. Controlling unnecessary expenses (Departmental, Administrative, OT etc.)
  14. Interaction & monthly meetings with Marketing &Commercial office team.
  15. Preparation for inspections of Government Authorities- PF Officer, ESIC Officer, Factory Inspector, Labour Inspector, etc.
  16. Monitoring employee performance & assist in Performance Management System.
  17. KRA & Appraisal working ofon-roll & contractual employees.
  18. Security staff work monitoring, reporting to management.
  19. Medical Policies, claims settlement of ill/injured employee/their family members.
  20. Exit Formalities, Full & Final Settlement.

Educational Qualification- MBA / MPM / PGDBM

Experience- Minimum 5years’ experience in core HR

CTC- 30K – 34K
