Responsibilities
 A Sales Coordinator prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients,
negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
 Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and
responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information;
verifying customer’s understanding of information and answer.
 Records customer inquiries by documenting inquiry and response in customers’ accounts.
 Improves quality service by identifying new product and service applications.
 Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
 Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
 Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
 Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are
handled efficiently.
 The Sales Coordinator must liaise between other departments and the client to provide the
service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints.
 Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and
regulations.
 Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
