Purpose of the job (brief summary):
TD principal responsibility is to take ownership of the designated territory and make sure all active sites of
our customers are visited regularly for requirement gathering and generation. Find new sites and get
them registered on the CRM. Develop and nurture relationships with End Clients, PMC, Safety officers,
project manager at such sites with Conducting Demonstrations and generating leads and requirements of
Support Business Unit Manager of the zone with detailed research on projects, competitor analysis, site
exploration, upselling of new products and upcoming projects in the designated territory.
Key Tasks/Responsibilities:
 Find construction projects and sites
 Lead generation
 Project site exploration & detailed research
 Initiate contact with key stakeholders like Project Managers, Safety Managers etc.
 Presentation/Demonstration of product range with clear benefit analysis
 Identifying new applications and where can we pitch our products
 Action oriented meetings and commitment on close of meeting.
 Qualifying the needs and coordinate with AA (in back-office) for quotes and winning the lead.
 Extensive travelling to construction sites on daily basis.
Experience & Education:
 Proven sales experience of 1-3 Years
 Track record of over-achieving quota
 BTech in Mechanical or Civil Engineering or Similar Diploma courses
 Comfortable working with CRM
 Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
 Computer use competency
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
